Job Description

We are seeking a Global Capacity Management Specialist to join our Capacity Management Center (CMC) in Louisville, Kentucky. In this role, you will play a key part in managing international shipment activities and ensuring the smooth coordination of services like Small Package Worldwide Express Freight, Three Day Select, Postal, Freight Forwarding, and Air Cargo. Your responsibilities will include booking, tracking, and processing claims for Air Cargo shipments, as well as responding to customer service issues and evaluating cargo space availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the movement of international shipments in the CMC.
• Support booking, tracking, and claims processing for Air Cargo.
• Evaluate and ensure cargo space availability.
• Respond promptly to customer service inquiries.
• Monitor and assess customer contact performance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Freight, Cargo, or USPS (preferred).
• Must be currently located in Louisville, Kentucky, or surrounding areas.
• U.S. Citizenship or lawful work authorization is required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain management (preferred).

Salary and Contract

• Salary Range: $50,000 – $60,000 annually, depending on experience.
• Contract Type: Permanent, full-time position.
• Professional Category: Mid-level Specialist.

Schedule and Location

• Location: 6406 Grade Lane, Louisville, Kentucky, 40213, USA.
• Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (no overtime or shift work).
• Job Grade: 10E.
