Job Description

As a Training Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing and delivering training programs that prioritize safety, quality, and productivity. You’ll work closely with production teams to implement effective training strategies, conduct audits, and facilitate cross-training initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate and manage training programs focusing on safety, quality, and production processes.
• Collaborate with Production Supervisors and Trainers to develop and coordinate training schedules.
• Conduct Manufacturing Instruction, Certification, and Safety audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
• Analyze certification audit trends and lead corrective action plans with production leads.
• Manage the Workstation Certification Program, including scheduling and facilitating classes via the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Perform detailed MES (Manufacturing Execution System) transactions to maintain accurate production records.
• Support other projects as business needs evolve.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years in training coordination or an administrative role in a high-paced environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Word, PowerPoint, and advanced Excel.
• Communication: Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to facilitate classes effectively.
• Interpersonal Skills: Empathy, patience, and a keen interest in adult learning methodologies.
• Organization: Self-motivated with the ability to plan daily schedules based on production needs.
• Language: Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
