Job Description
As a Senior Software Developer specializing in Test and Automation, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the flawless performance of NVIDIA’s DriveOS. Your innovative approach to testing and automation will directly influence the quality and reliability of a product that is transforming the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Advanced Test Strategies: Create and enhance test strategies to ensure DriveOS meets the highest standards of functionality and performance.
- Design Automation Tools: Build and refine software tools to automate the verification of all DriveOS components, streamlining our testing processes.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with development, verification, and customer-facing teams to understand DriveOS’s real-world applications and ensure continuous improvement.
- Root Cause Analysis and Fixes: Analyze and resolve issues at the code level, leading the defect resolution process with efficiency and accuracy.
What We Need to See
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Professional Experience: 3+ years of software development experience, with a strong track record of developing large-scale, logical code in Python or C++.
- Technical Skills:
- Experience with embedded systems and automotive sensors (e.g., cameras).
- Proficiency in Linux environments.
- Familiarity with source control systems like Git and Perforce.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Analytical skills to proactively identify and resolve complex challenges.
