Job Description

As a Senior Litigation Paralegal at NVIDIA, you’ll be a key player in managing pre-litigation, litigation, and regulatory matters. You’ll work closely with our in-house counsel and business units, helping NVIDIA navigate complex legal landscapes with efficiency and precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in handling claims, disputes, and litigation cases.
• Manage third-party subpoenas and government inquiries.
• Oversee discovery processes, including the retention, collection, and production of documents.
• Collaborate with Legal IT to enhance and automate document collection.
• Work with eDiscovery vendors to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain case files, pleadings, discovery documents, and correspondence.
• Track and monitor case calendars and dockets.

Candidate Requirements

• Paralegal certificate and/or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (or equivalent experience).
• At least 10 years of experience in a law firm representing tech companies or an in-house legal department at a tech company.
• Strong communication skills, adaptable to all levels of internal and external interactions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with creativity and independence.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and sound professional judgment.
