Job Description

As a Reinforcement Learning Engineer, you’ll develop end-to-end robotic learning systems, leveraging both reinforcement and imitation learning. Your work will drive the behavior of humanoid robots in real-world scenarios, ensuring safety and performance. You’ll see your innovations repeatedly deployed across thousands of robots worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robotic learning systems using reinforcement and imitation learning techniques.
• Reinforce and reward optimal behavior through real-time action and feedback loops.
• Train robots to generalize tasks across varying objects and environments.
• Develop policies to solve vision-based and language-conditioned tasks.
• Enable robots to perform dexterous tasks using high-degree-of-freedom hands.
• Deliver production-quality, safety-critical software for deployment.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in end-to-end robotic learning systems, including imitation or reinforcement learning.
• Proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience in libraries such as NumPy and PyTorch.
• Familiarity with distributed deep learning systems.
• Bonus: Experience with tactile and vision-based sensor systems for robotics.
• Demonstrated success in training and deploying real-world neural networks.
