Product Manager

Meta Product Managers work with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, data scientists, and researchers to develop products. We are looking for highly entrepreneurial Product Managers who thrive in a fast-paced environment and value moving quickly.

Product Manager Responsibilities:

• Plan, initiate, and manage IT projects for web-based products and platforms.
• Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative tools, platforms, and products.
• Drive product development with world-class teams of engineers and designers, while ensuring team health.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define product vision, gather requirements, and coordinate resources (design, legal, etc.) to guide the team through key milestones.
• Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction and engineer productivity.
• Define and analyze metrics to measure product success and track key performance indicators.
• Align products with Meta’s strategic goals and competitive position, ensuring they are recognized as industry leaders.
• Maximize efficiency in a dynamic environment where creativity and adaptability are key.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of product management or related industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or a related field, plus 2+ years of experience in:
  • Product management or product design.
  • Working in a technical environment with a cross-functional team to drive product vision, define requirements, and manage resources.
  • Delivering technical presentations.
  • Analyzing large-scale data sets and making data-driven decisions.
  • Gathering and converting diverse requirements into product solutions.
  • Using analytical tools and methodologies for product design.
  • Demonstrating leadership, organization, and execution skills.
  • Strong communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience identifying key opportunities, driving product strategies and roadmaps, aligned with broader organizational goals.
• Full product life-cycle experience, integrating customer feedback, prioritizing tasks, and managing pre/post-launch execution.
• Enthusiasm and resilience in a constantly evolving environment, with a focus on creative solutions.

Compensation:

• $142,000/year to $201,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits.
