Key Responsibilities

• Lead & Inspire – Manage and support a team of 6-8 full-stack engineers based in the U.S., fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Global Collaboration – Work closely with an integrated remote team in China, partnering with a peer Engineering Manager to define and execute shared objectives.
• Hands-on Technical Leadership – Guide architecture, design, code reviews, development, quality assurance, and live site operations, ensuring technical excellence.
• Modern Engineering Practices – Drive continuous integration, unit testing, and automated deployments with built-in quality checks to optimize software delivery.
• Strategic Product Development – Partner with Product Management to align engineering efforts with immediate and long-term business goals.
• Cross-Team Collaboration – Work seamlessly with teams across the company to create integrated solutions and drive innovation.
