Job Description

As an HRBP at NVIDIA, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that our US operations align seamlessly with our global HR practices. You’ll collaborate with leadership teams across borders, acting as the primary point of contact for all HR-related matters in the US. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence organizational growth, drive impactful HR initiatives, and contribute to NVIDIA’s mission of shaping the future of AI and computing.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary HR contact for the Networking business in the US.
  • Collaborate with leadership teams and HR functions across the globe to support organizational goals.
  • Manage cross-border employee transfers, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Contribute to the global HRBP community by taking part in international projects and initiatives.
  • Provide technical and professional guidance to ensure compliance with US HR policies and procedures.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for employees and managers, addressing HR issues with empathy, fairness, and confidentiality.
  • Partner with managers to facilitate effective performance management, coaching, and professional development plans.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in HR roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven success in a fast-paced, hands-on role, ideally within a global and diverse environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems, particularly Workday and Excel.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish trust and credibility.
  • Proficiency in Hebrew is a plus.

Benefits and Compensation

At NVIDIA, we believe in rewarding excellence and offering comprehensive benefits. The base salary range for this position is $80,000 to $172,500 annually, depending on location, experience, and other factors. In addition, you will be eligible for equity and a robust benefits package designed to support your personal and professional growth.
