Job Description

As a Sr. Lead Engineering Supervisor, you will serve as the go-to expert for developing, implementing, and improving engineering processes for large-scale customer projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading original process development and implementation.
• Managing complex project timelines and deliverables.
• Training staff on new processes to ensure post-implementation success.
• Utilizing your expertise in work measurement, methods and procedures, and statistical analysis to drive operational excellence.
• Supervising and coordinating the work of other engineers.

This role is perfect for a senior-level Industrial Engineer with experience in supply chain, operations research, and process improvement within a distribution environment.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related STEM field.
• Minimum of 1 year of engineering design experience.
• Strong project management and process improvement skills.
• U.S. Citizenship or permanent work authorization.

Preferred:

• Experience in supply chain solution design and development.
• Background in finance or financial modeling.

Job Details

• Location: Louisville, KY (not a remote position).
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Salary Grade: 20F.
