Job Description

As a Senior Counsel at NVIDIA, you’ll support technology transactions, licensing agreements, and strategic commercial initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the company’s pioneering advancements in AI, computing, and technology continue to flourish.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and advise on commercial and technology licensing agreements.
• Lead complex negotiations with partners across diverse industries.
• Develop contract policies, templates, and playbooks in collaboration with business units.
• Work with global teams to implement key initiatives and share best practices.

Candidate Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant legal experience in intellectual property, technology transactions, and software legal support.
• Strong analytical skills to navigate and simplify complex legal issues.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage projects and work both independently and collaboratively.
• Juris Doctorate from an accredited U.S. law school.
• Bar admission and good standing in the jurisdiction of hire or in-house authorization.

• Background in commercial and IP litigation is a plus.
