Job Description

As a Parts Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in Tesla’s service operations, supporting both Technicians and customers. Your responsibilities will ensure the seamless flow of parts and contribute to the superior service experience Tesla is known for. Key Responsibilities

• Source and allocate parts from Distribution Centers and other Service Center locations for vehicle service appointments.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate updates to team members.
• Prepare and document upcoming appointments in the system.
• Process internal orders and warranty part shipments, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
• Receive, inspect, and store stock and special-order parts systematically.
• Collaborate with the Regional Parts Manager to address supplier issues and provide constructive feedback.
• Use a van or forklift for parts transport and coordinate with third-party services when needed.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team and achieve shared goals.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and a valid driver’s license.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs., perform repetitious duties, and work in various positions for extended periods.
• Specific vision abilities required to identify parts and potential safety hazards.
