Microsoft AI (MS AI) is seeking an experienced Data Engineer to help drive the next wave of capabilities for our personal AI, Copilot. We are looking for someone with strong technical expertise, a methodical approach to problem-solving, proficiency in data technologies, and the ability to create scalable, long-lasting solutions. The Data Engineering team plays a key role in developing data platforms that support the fine-tuning and deployment of Copilot’s core features, in collaboration with Product Management, Design, and AI Research teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop secure and high-performance AI Platform services that power Copilot.
• Collaborate with platform, infrastructure, and application engineers, as well as AI researchers, to build next-generation AI products and services.
• Deliver high-quality, well-tested, secure, and maintainable code.
• Navigate challenges and find solutions to ensure timely delivery of your work to users in an iterative manner.
