Amazon’s Strategic Account Services (SAS) team is looking for a motivated Customer Success Manager to partner with minority-, women-, and veteran-owned businesses. In this role, you will drive seller growth, provide strategic insights, and ensure a seamless seller experience on Amazon. Key Responsibilities
- Business Growth:
- Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and optimize business performance.
- Develop tailored growth strategies in collaboration with sellers.
- Present compelling recommendations using a consultative approach.
- Seller Relationship Management:
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with sellers.
- Provide timely and professional support for seller inquiries and operational challenges.
- Advocate for sellers’ needs and share insights with internal teams to improve processes.
- Process Excellence:
- Collaborate on improving tools and processes for seller services.
- Advocate for new features and enhancements based on seller feedback.
- Communicate project updates clearly to leadership.
Candidate Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting.
- Proven ability to exceed sales and performance targets.
- Strong skills in data analysis and reporting (e.g., Excel, pivot tables).
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in E-Commerce, Retail, or B2B.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce) and data visualization platforms (Tableau).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build business plans and execute strategies effectively.
