Job Description

As a Courier/Non-DOT Delivery Driver, you’ll be responsible for operating company vehicles to deliver and pick up packages. Your primary duties include:

• Ensuring timely and courteous delivery of shipments.
• Inspecting packages for compliance with FedEx services.
• Providing outstanding customer service during every interaction.
• Operating vehicles in a safe and professional manner.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday (Some Saturdays required)
Hours: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Physical Abilities:
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently.
  • Capability to maneuver packages exceeding 50 lbs. with assistance or proper equipment.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Licensing: Must possess a valid driver’s license for the assigned vehicle type.
• Other Conditions: Neat appearance and a commitment to safety and alertness on the job.

Preferred Qualifications and Job Conditions

• This is a non-covered safety-sensitive position.
• Candidates should be prepared for regular customer interaction.
• Prior delivery or driving experience is a plus, but not required.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range: $22.25 – $33.05 per hour
