In this role, you’ll oversee inbound and outbound flight operations, ensuring smooth communication and efficient adjustments to flight schedules. Bring your problem-solving skills and attention to detail to help us maintain seamless logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage flight operations, including inbound and outbound schedules.
- Communicate with teams such as Contingency, Aircraft Routing, Hub, and Load Planning.
- Address operational needs through the HELP Line and coordinate small feeder aircraft as required.
- Track weather updates and announce operational bans when necessary.
- Generate detailed reports for Staff-level management.
Candidate Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
- Knowledge of ramp parking and various aircraft types.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, or authorized to work in the U.S.
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly Pay: $15.60 – $25.35, based on experience and market location.
