As a Business Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading teams, managing operations, and implementing company initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Development: Train and mentor associates, fostering a culture of inclusion and growth.
- Customer Service Excellence: Resolve customer needs and ensure high-quality service.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, control expenses, and drive profitability.
- Operational Management: Oversee merchandise presentation, inventory flow, and shrink mitigation.
- Compliance & Integrity: Uphold company policies, ethics, and standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum Qualifications:
- 2 years of college OR 1 year of retail experience with 1 year of supervisory experience OR 2 years of general work experience with 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Must complete required training programs.
- For facilities that sell firearms, a firearms-specific Criminal Background Check and training are required.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership.
- Certificate in People and Business Leadership.
- Experience managing a team of 5+ associates.
