Amazon’s Strategic Account Services (SAS) team is looking for a motivated Customer Success Manager to partner with minority-, women-, and veteran-owned businesses. In this role, you will drive seller growth, provide strategic insights, and ensure a seamless seller experience on Amazon. This is your opportunity to work with top brands, innovate, and make a direct impact on small businesses in the U.S.

 

Key Responsibilities

  1. Business Growth:
  • Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and optimize business performance.
  • Develop tailored growth strategies in collaboration with sellers.
  • Present compelling recommendations using a consultative approach.
  1. Seller Relationship Management:
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with sellers.
  • Provide timely and professional support for seller inquiries and operational challenges.
  • Advocate for sellers’ needs and share insights with internal teams to improve processes.
  1. Process Excellence:
  • Collaborate on improving tools and processes for seller services.
  • Advocate for new features and enhancements based on seller feedback.
  • Communicate project updates clearly to leadership.

 

Candidate Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting.
  • Proven ability to exceed sales and performance targets.
  • Strong skills in data analysis and reporting (e.g., Excel, pivot tables).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in E-Commerce, Retail, or B2B.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce) and data visualization platforms (Tableau).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build business plans and execute strategies effectively.
