Job Description

As a Sales Manager at Tesla, you’ll be the driving force behind your store’s success. Your role will involve recruiting, training, and managing a team of high-performing retail professionals. Through leadership, coaching, and strategic planning, you’ll guide your team toward delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving ambitious sales targets. Additionally, you’ll identify local market opportunities to boost Tesla’s brand visibility and connect with prospective Tesla owners.

Requirements

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven track record of exceeding goals and managing high-performing teams.
  • Sales Expertise: Strong understanding of sales operations and ethical sales practices.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to engage both your team and customers.
  • Flexibility: Availability to work evenings and weekends in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • License Requirements: Valid driver’s license (additional certifications may be required depending on your state).

Compensation and Benefits
