Job Description
As an Automotive Maintenance Associate, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that customers have a great first and last impression at our auto center. From routine oil changes to tire installations, your work will keep vehicles in top shape while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes, tire services, and general vehicle maintenance.
- Operate powered equipment required for maintenance tasks (certification provided).
- Ensure customers are satisfied with timely and quality service.
- Maintain a positive attitude in varying weather conditions.
- Uphold safety and operational standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Valid driver’s license.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
- A positive, customer-first attitude.
Previous automotive maintenance experience is a plus but not required. Training will be provided.
Compensation and Benefits
